Events & Classes

Amy Fothergill has taught cooking classes and performed cooking demonstrations at upscale markets and community events for over 14 years. Her classes offer key strategies for cooking, baking and living gluten-free. Currently, she is only teaching virtually but the good news is, this allows access to all!

About Virtual Cooking Classes

For your zoom class, you will receive both shopping and equipment lists as well as recipes with variations. During the class, you can cook along with Amy or watch and enjoy the show and ask any questions to the chef. A recording will be made available. Her recipes are easy to follow and she always includes lots of cooking tips to enable your success in the kitchen. See below for upcoming classes.

Friday, April 22: Restaurant Quality Dishes, 4:30 p.m. PT

Amy will teach you how to make a delicious gluten-free and dairy-free menu at home. You will learn knife skills, how to make sauces and a creamy soup, and how to flavor your food without cream and butter. If you just want to learn some new recipes, all items can be made with regular flour, milk, and butter. It’s all about the technique! Sign up for registration details here. Class cost $20.
