About Virtual Cooking Classes
For your zoom class, you will receive both shopping and equipment lists as well as recipes with variations. During the class, you can cook along with Amy or watch and enjoy the show and ask any questions to the chef. A recording will be made available. Amy will teach you how to make a delicious gluten-free and dairy-free menu at home. You will learn knife skills, how to make sauces and a creamy soup, and how to flavor your food without cream and butter.
