Whether you are on your way to a friend’s house or just want something traditional in the way of summer fare, here are a few gluten-free summer recipes that might help to get you started. Always make sure your ingredients are gluten-free like mustard, oats, nuts, etc.
Eating gluten-free, can make you feel deprived but at least in the summer, you have lots of options as far as fruits and vegetables. Feel free to add your own fresh summer produce as well so, for example, if you want to add cherry tomatoes to the kale salad or serve the salmon with sauteed zucchini, I encourage you to do so. Either way, enjoy summer!
