Then come to the Celiac Disease Foundation’s Conference and Expo, June 7 and 8, 2014, in Pasadena, California. The Celiac Disease Foundation (CDF) is a non-profit organization which drives early diagnosis and treatment of celiac disease through advocacy, education and advancing research to improve the quality of life for all people affected by gluten-related disorders. Since its inception in 1990, Celiac Disease Foundation has been at the forefront of celiac disease education, awareness, advocacy, and support services. Each year, they sponsor this conference and expo.
On Saturday, June 7, come to the conference where you will hear top doctors and dietitians. The conference is scheduled from 7 am, starting with breakfast, until 2 pm. The expo, which begins at 2 pm on Saturday and goes until 5 pm, is free for anyone attending the conference. Get samples from vendors and meet the bloggers and authors of the gluten-free world.
